Scoring:  Same as CF games, composite score for each WOD, lowest overall ranking after all 3 WODs wins. 

Movement standards:  front squat/lunge 135/95, STO 135/95, TTB, box jump at least 24/20, One person on team must be able to OHS 135/95

Masters:  front squat 95/65, STO 95/65, TTB, broad jump
