
The Event that lets ANYONE get in on the Masters Tour Leaderboard. Simply Register any time between now and December 28th. You must perform all WOD’s in the same day. You will need to record each WOD and send both the
1. SCORE OF THE WOD and
2. A LINK TO THE VIDEO to VIDEO SUBMISSION EMAIL ( < just click this link < ) before Midnight EST on 12/28/2014
Your Video Must include a screen shot from google like the one shown below. The method is to simply do a google search for “time date”, you can do that by clicking HERE . Include this in the opening shot of your video, be sure that a clock is visible and present, and be sure all movements are caught completely. Missed camera angles will count in no reps.
A “No REP” in the DL/Box Jump WOD will result in a 1 minute penalty.
A “No REP” in the AMRAP WOD’s will result in a 2 rep penalty for each infraction. A SKIPPED REP, which allowed the athlete to move on to the next movement before they should have, will result in a 10 REP penalty.
In Addition – Your video MUST have the full movement standards in the recording. The best way to accomplish this for the triplet is to have a videographer. Otherwise, you will need to see the camera up at an angle to see the squat depth and the wall ball height. The Box Jumps and Dead-lifts will be easy, and the burpees must show the chest to the floor.
The loads must be shown by recording them prior to use, and the box height will need to be demonstrated. Don’t be slack if you hope to place. Your submission will not count for placement if we cannot confirm any of these details.
