Held in Northport/Tuscaloosa Alabama by CrossFit Innovate. This will be OPEN WOD ONE.
We will kick it off around 10am and hit the Sectional WOD for that week… PLUS TWO other WOD’s.
We do whatever needs done for those of you wanting to have times sent in for the Open.
Not interested in the Open??? No problem, WOD’s will be scalable for all to compete! It is a great opportunity for the community to come together for a great cause.

This competition is in memory of our son Brayden Lynn Giambalvo
On February 8, 2008 Brayden Giambalvo was born at just 32 weeks.He was very small for his gestational age and couldn’t breathe on his own.
After 24 days in the NICU BraydAfter 24 days in the NICU Brayden developed an illness that required surgery.
Although he fought very hard, he passed
