Held in Northport/Tuscaloosa Alabama by CrossFit Innovate. This will be OPEN WOD ONE.
We will kick it off around 10am and hit the Sectional WOD for that week… PLUS TWO other WOD’s.
We do whatever needs done for those of you wanting to have times sent in for the Open.
Not interested in the Open??? No problem, WOD’s will be scalable for all to compete! It is a great opportunity for the community to come together for a great cause.
