Check In Procedure – you will check yourself in, but finding your name, and writing your number on your body in a very obvious manner. At some point before you finish your second WOD you need to check in to receive your shirt. Otherwise, just show up ready to work at your first WOD with your number on.
You will avoid being charged like a spectator for having your number on you. Without it, we will charge you.
Spectators found to be trying to cheat the system will be escorted out.

CrossFit Freehold is proud to be able to work side by side with the Garage Games in hosting a great event to bring the community together. As the owner of CrossFit Freehold it has been a dream to host a competition for CF’ers near and far to test their areas of fitness. With the opportunity given now, we at CF Freehold will put our best efforts forward to create one of the best GG competitions the competitors have been a part of. The WOD’s presented this weekend will be a great test of all areas of fitness to crown the most Generally Prepared Athlete.
We train hard every day for one reason; to be the best, to stand out and to be recognized by our peers. We don’t want to blend in and be just another fitness buff, we want to be the best. Train every day like its your last and always be prepared for anything that can be thrown at you.

We are looking for more volunteers, click the button to the top right please! If you volunteer and sign up to be an accredited judge, you will get this hoodie as a bonus at the event!
The leaderboard will be populated with everyone’s name and proper division. Please do not email us that your name is not there, or your division is wrong, until after 01/16/2013. As we are finishing up requested changes prior to this date. Then you may email us if your name is missing, or you are not in the right division. If you registered for the wrong division, you might not be able to change, so be fit!
