The Firebreather Challenge is a unique obstacle course event that will be held on July 28th in Woodstock, GA at the Woodlands city park located in the Woodlands subdivision.
Created by the owners of the wildly popular “Garage Games” series of competitions. This event is designed to be a “Training Grounds” for the advanced and a mildly challenging course for the beginner.
Folks, This park is very primitive. We have ordered toilets and hand washing station,
but the rest is up to you. Bring a tent, cooler and goodies...whatever.
There will be food for sale.
There is a river to dip in if you want/need cooling off.
This is a training day, treat it as such. Bring whatever you need to run and recover.
You are responsible for your own water, food, etc.
There will not be water on the course as its only 1 mile long. The city will not be providing an EMT but will be on call.
The firstaid station will be located at the check in tent,
Competitors will park in the grassy lot. Volunteers will park in the parking lot.
If you have questions post on our FB site or email andy@crossfitgarage.com Andy

The popularity of the Warrior Dash was shocking in my mind to say the least. How… what… why? This probably is because it seems less than challenging, granted, as CrossFitters, we all know the challenge lies in how hard you go. But myself and my friends “use” our fitness to race in the woods for up to 30 hours straight. To me, that is challenging.
