The Firebreather Challenge is a unique obstacle course event that will be held on October 12th and 13th in Durham, CT. Created by the owners of the wildly popular “Garage Games” series of competitions – this event promises to be not only exciting, physically challenging – but FUN.

The Beast of The East is rolling along, and it is going to sell out way before October. If you are interested in competing in the toughest Northeast Brawl out there, then you need to get yourself registered. In addition to the RX competition, there is going to be a Masters and a Four Person team competition (2 guys, 2 girls).
With our eyes set on regionals happening now in the Mid-Atlantic, and very soon for the Northeast, it is easy to forget about October, but if you let yourself stray too long, you might just miss your chance at the biggest Northeast event for the year! Don’t miss out, get it done!

The popularity of the Warrior Dash was shocking in my mind to say the least. How… what… why? This probably is because it seems less than challenging, granted, as CrossFitters, we all know the challenge lies in how hard you go. But myself and my friends “use” our fitness to race in the woods for up to 30 hours straight. To me, that is challenging.
