Elite Fitness Society is proud to team with Garage Games to bring to Alaska a premiere competition 18-19 January 2014. This two day event is open to all fitness levels. Day 1 will feature individual competition in the following divisions: Rx (male/female), Scaled (male/female) and Beginners (open). Day 2 is all about team work with teams of 2 battling in Rx (male/female), Scaled (male/female) and Co-Ed (open div).
