Get ready for this 2 day Annual event, we plan to make it even bigger and better than last year.  Competitors can compete individually RX, Masters, Scaled, as a team or BOTH if they wish!

We will have two wods each day, Saturday & Sunday for scaled, masters, & RX and two wods for teams.

Teams will consist of two athletes. Any mix is allowed: same gender, or one and one. There will be a set weight for men and women! We will have overall winners and will also be giving out 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place in each age division. Age divisions are 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50+
