130 Handstand Push-ups w/ 2 teammates in pull-up hang
Time Cap: 6 Minutes
Order: Two athletes will kick up into a handstand hold, while ONE athlete performs chest-to-bar pull-ups. The work can be split however you choose, but the reps will only count if TWO athletes are in a handstand. Upon completion of 130 chest-to-bar pull-ups, the team will begin the handstand push-ups in the same fashion as the chest-to-bar pull-ups and handstand holds.The team will complete 130 reps of handstand push-ups with ONE athlete working at a time while TWO athletes hang from the pull-up bar.

Order: This workout will be done in pairs of 2. The pairs will remainthe same throughout the workout. Pair 1 will complete the first round of 19,then tag in Pair 2 who will complete the second round of 19. After completionof the second round of 19, Pair 2 will tag in Pair 1 to complete the firstround of 13. This pattern will continue until Pair 2 completes the final roundof 7.

This workout will be done chipper style, meaning all of the pistols must be completed before moving to the double-unders, and all of the double-unders must be completed before moving to the dumbbell snatches.

Order: Athlete 1 will complete all 18 reps of the hang power cleansbefore handing the bar off to Athlete 2 who will complete all 19 reps of thefront squats. Athlete 3 will complete 18 shoulder-to-overhead to close outround 1. Athlete 4 will start the next round with 18 hang power cleans, and thesame 1234 will continue until all 4 rounds are completed or time expires.
