CrossFit Up Dog Beach Town Throw Down 2019

CrossFit Up Dog is back at it, again! We want you to join us in the fresh salt air for our seventh annual CrossFit Up Dog Competition. While last year’s location met our needs, we have found a new home ONLY a few blocks from the previous site AND only a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Our new site will have you feeling like you are in Madison, WI! We have a stadium, turf, track, video board, PA system, parking and an abundance of room for athletes’ tents, vendor and food truck villages! And a bonus, we have moved the dates forward to May 18-19, which should provide some cooler weather! The format will be the same as 2018. The individual portion of the competition will include qualifying WODs and a Final and will finish on Saturday and we will wrap up Saturday evening with at least one of our Team Events.
