Here are the event standards for The Winter Ice Storm Individual, Team and Masters events. The weights listed are the maximum weights in an actual workout. However a maximum effort for some of the listed lifts might be included as an actual event. In that case the weight would be of course the most you could lift which may or may not be beyond the listed standard. Also keep in mind that we reserve the right to add different movements or change weights. If you’re comfortable with the listed standards you will feel the same regarding any changes or additions.
