**Athlete cannot put the bar on the ground. They may rest in the hip crease or front rack for only 5 seconds at a time. If the bar touches the ground, the athlete may not pick the bar back up, and their score is the number of reps before the bar was placed on the ground.**

Deadlift ladder
5 rep max, increasing by 20#. 30 seconds rest between each set.
The ladder for RX and scaled will start at the same weight: 225 for men and 135 for women
