Details:
A one day 2 person same gender team competition brought to you by Garage Games and Rogue Valley CrossFit! Rx and scaled divisions! 3 workouts guaranteed! Prizes for the top three teams in each division.
To go Rx means you can do classic bench mark workouts Rx without scaling or assistance bands and be able to handle 135lb/95lb overhead.
Open spots for 15 teams in each division and gender. 60 teams total!!! Cost is $90 per team.
Vendors and food will be on hand.
