
CrossFit High Tide is proud to present the second annual Chicks and Chaps Coastal Clash. The one-male and one-female team event will be held onsite at CrossFit High Tide in Richmond Hill, GA, just outside of Savannah.This one day event will host 4 guaranteed WODs with the top 3 cumulative scores in each division receiving a prize package. We will have both Rx and Scaled divisions. WODs will be released in March.
RX Standards – Power Clean (155/105), Power Snatch, OHS, Thruster (155/105), CTB Pull Ups, Double Unders, Toes-to-Bar, HSPU (no ABMAT).
Scaled Standards – Power Clean (135/75), Front Squat, Thruster (115/75), American KBS (55/35), Ring Push Ups

With remaining time, athletes may do ME Double Unders. 25 DUs = 1 pound
SCALED:
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
With remaining time, athletes may do ME Burpees. 25 Burpees = 1 pound
