WOD #5: Starts with a beautiful long hill run to a MAJESTIC field where the athletes will flip an 8′ log 100′, after which that new best friend of theirs will be carried back to the line where they began and start throwing a stone the same 100′. When the stone crosses the line they carry it back and grab a log (firewood size) from the pile and run it to the finish. Logs and stones will have scaled sizes.
Oh Glory, this will be fun!
Using 5 gallon buckets you will have to repeatedly fill from the creek, and empty into a 20 gallon trash can. Once the can is full you will run up a long hill to a large tire for 100 sledgehammer swings. Full swings will be explained, partial “taps” will be NO REP!
